Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in April for near £70 as a gift, surprise surprise never arrived. 8 weeks later to be told one pair of the shoes didn’t come with there order so they were not able to send... why wasn’t I informed of this before emailing them myself? Then I was told the pair in stock would be sent out, again big shock they didn’t arrive nor did they refund me for the pair not in stock. Now after emailing demanding a refund no reply. THEIFS and customer service is nothing less than APPALLING.

“Ordered on 15th june 2020; had to email for update on 23rd and they lied and said hermes was picking it up that day. It is now 8th july (more than 15 working days since the order) and my emails get ignored. Tried dm on insta and that was they said hermes was collecting. Now ive been ignored again. “I purchased the shoes on the 31st March and they arrived on the 15th May. I know there was delays with COVID19 however I’d purchased off other websites and received my orders on time. I don’t understand what took so long for these to arrive? I’d purchased the shoes to go with my white wedding dress so I expected them to be white however in the flesh they were a yellowy cream colour and didn’t match my dress at all so I contacted Katie and asked if I could return them. Katie replied and told me the return details so I sent them back 1st class recorded on the 16th May, I checked track and trace and saw these had been received on the 18th May. It is now the 30th May and I still haven’t received a refund despite me sending 2 emails. I don’t hear back from Katie by next Saturday (6th June) I’ll be taking this further.”
