Would have given a 5 star rating, however on a few occasions some of the food packs were already thawed out, on delivery. I did contact Poppy's Picnic and they did advise that it was safe to refreeze the meals.
Also the revised menu (namely for the Lamb) doesn't seem to have the variety the old menu offered. All in all my pup loves the meals.
