Praise for the excellent customer service, very helpful & kind people. I must also commend the packaging, the food arrived still fully frozen. Perfect thank you. The picnic balls are an ingenious idea especially for small dogs, just thaw enough for each day. I have wasted so much from other suppliers having to thaw 500grams a time. Sorry but here comes the negative, my Chihuahua won't eat it, now I admit she is very fussy, but I have tried her several times, even resorted to cooking with no success. I'm not giving up I plan to try again so fingers crossed. This by no means reflects on Poppy's Picnic which I would recommend highly, just on my fur baby, bless her.
