I started Merlin on raw food about 16months ago and tried 3 different brands - Poppy’s Picnic was one and to be fair he liked all of them. Then someone told me that I could get raw locally at half the price and that her dogs thrived on it. ( I was also recommended this food by a dog trainer and vet nurse so price wasn’t the prime consideration. In fact the price had put me off for a long time as I have always believed you get what you pay for). So I started to buy from them - very close to me so easy to go and collect. However! The food smelled very strong and after a few months Merlin was starting to have problems with one ear and his energy levels were way down ( he’s not 3 yet and he was plodding about like an old dog). It was my husband that made the connection with the food I was getting, so early in the New Year I placed an order with Poppy’s and the difference within 2 weeks was amazing. I will be starting a subscription soon and Merlin and I can’t thank you enough!!
