I had an issue with the new website and accessing my account I rang and was answered by Dylan who was more than helpful and I was sorted out within minutes It says a lot about the culture of a company when the boss answers customer queries...well done Ruby and George are excited for their delivery tomorrow I think the ability to select your own choices for your hamper is a brilliant addition to the service I did find the website a little confusing at first but I'm sure it will be easier next time I always recommend you...great product and service Keep up the good work Thank you from me and woods and licks from Ruby and George.
