Unless you have a rare item you need to purchase, I’d not ever purchase anything on Poshmark. Their return policy is bad. Pretty much you buy it sale is final. And the timing of customer service support is days. That is way too long to wait. In my case, I had purchased an item that per their website if purchase within the next 2 hrs item will arrive before Christmas. Guess what? It’s a lie. After order was placed, a day later received a message saying the item will be arrive 2 days after Christmas. Tried to call to cancel the order, or return it as it useless to me after Christmas. No luck. Eventually got a message saying no return unless received package damaged. Oh, item was received almost a week later, not two days after Xmas so they couldn’t even meet the delayed shipping date. Good luck if you decide to use Poshmark
