“Poshmark refuses to provide me proof that I placed an order, mainly because they can’t because I did NOT place the order in dispute. They fraudulently charged my AX as they will not because they cannot prove that I truly placed an order. Beware of their tactics.”

“In the past I have had moderate success selling on Poshmark. Not recently though. I do not like the new listing format utilizing AI. I can write far more interesting descriptions of my items myself. Since the new AI format, I attempted to list 2 one piece swimsuits only to have AI insist that they were in the KIDS category and was not able to change to the Women's category. Very frustrating. I do not find the new format user friendly.”

“Stay away, do not sell on Poshmark. I have had a very disappointing experience with Poshmark. For the second time, I sent a new, unworn dress to a buyer, only to have the buyer destroy the dress in order to make a return claim. Unfortunately, Poshmark accepted the buyer's claim both times. This has been incredibly frustrating and unfair. I would advise others to be cautious and do not sell on Poshmark, as their return policy seems to favor buyers, even in cases of obvious misuse.”

“I purchased an item that was listed as a large, which was stated in the title of the product description. What I received was a medium. I submitted a return request, stating the aforementioned issue. The seller agreed to process the return and apologized, but they lied again. Poshmark refused the return saying I should have asked more questions, but considering the size was listed in the product title, what question should I have asked? “Hey, Poshmark seller, are you lying about the size?” I have been a Poshmark shopper since 2013. I will never shop there again.”

“I purchased a bag from a seller on Poshmark. It was sent to Poshmark for authentication as all items over $500 are. It never made it out. Poshmark sent me an empty box. I opened a case, but they took no responsibility and charged me 1k for the empty box. This is not the first time a bag of mine made it to Poshmark but didn’t make it out. This will be the last time. Beware of buying items over $500 on Poshmark. They may steal it and send you an empty box like they did to me.”

“Horrible customer service ask for me to submit photos on the waist showing the size is different than advertised and I did that. They kept requesting to have the same photos I submitted to be resent to them within 24 hours are they will dismissed my return request. They are horrible please do not purchase from them.”

“I was sold a product that said it was new and sealed with cellophane. But what happened was they watered the product down and then sealed it in cellophane to make it look new. The consistency was clearly tampered with, very watery and no fragrance which is a very flagrant shower gel. The consistency was not a gel anymore. They also charged a outrageous cost for this bogus gel.”

“Seller sent me shoes that were 3 sizes bigger than what was stated. When sent pictures I was told I could return the item. I returned the item however they won’t refund me saying they already give the money to the seller. I’m like what are you talking about I returned the shoes and they are 3 sizes bigger than what was said.”

“I order from here all the time. However, the last 2 times have been awful. I received the wrong item all together once and the most recent the item was not described correctly. But it was my fault to ask all questions before buying. When the seller should have described the product correctly. The seller told me to return it. However Poshmark denied the return snd basically blamed me for not asking questions. I fuss I just assumed that the product was described correctly. Silly me.”

“Poshmark is a terrible choice when making purchases. The sellers never get back to you and the customer service will not cancel your order when you request it to be cancelled when it’s obvious that the seller isn’t going to follow through. I will never order anything from them again. This has happened multiple times. I’m done.”

“I once loved shopping Poshmark, now there are a bunch of flaky people selling who do not answer messages or will take ur money and not ship product. Don't sell stuff on there if you don't want to be bothered.”

“I don't know about the buying experience on poshmark, but i know about the seller experience, i joined yesterday, went through all the signing up, adding my card for payments, and uploading and posting the clothing i wanted to sale, today i wake up and had like 4 people placing orders, one for 80, one for 40 and i forget the others, i finishing up finding where to send what they bought and posh sends me a notification, my card wont work, the reason why, i need a card registered with at least 300 in the account thats the only way they say that they can verify that my account is legit,, so my sales got canceled, and i cant sale til i top off my card to at least 300 dollars, i told the lady, you think because someone has 300 dollars they wont rip people off? They wouldnt even release enough to ship the items, they never said one word about all that until i went through all the hassle of listing and selling, then they pop up with that, they screwed me out of money and buyers out of items they already paid for, wont even show the address so i can go ahead and ship the stuff. Thats their new policy they said”

“Purchased a collectable barbie seller stated it was minor damage received orderd it was COMPLETELY DAMAGED! Was issued $5 credit what a joke! Seller didn't sell me what she posted. Scamming company! I already reached out to my bank for a refund bc why would I damage something I paid for make no sense and lie on top of that! Customer service is a joke! Why would I purchase DAMAGE GOODS with mold?? Or a DAMAGE collectors item??”

“Just before Christmas I ordered a lantern from a Poshmark “ambassador “.. whatever that means. The seller didn’t protect in packing and it arrived in pieces. I requested a refund with pictures. Poshmark then requested that I take the photos outside (?). Oooohhhhkaayyyy… why? It’s shattered glass and taking it out of the box to retake already perfectly good photos would not have been a safe. It was just their way of hoping I’d say forget it. But I responded explaining this very thing. The seller responded that it was obvious the mail carriers had been careless. I responded that the item was not protected and that there were zero markings or stickers on the box indicating there was anything fragile inside. She responded by calling me a Karen and telling me she’d see me next Tuesday ( I’m in WA, she was in New Jersey) so okay.. she’s threatening to travel across the country and show up at my place over $23?🤔. I ceased anymore messaging and waited three days. Zero response from poshmark. It took more than a dozen emails with screen shots of her name calling and threats ( she kept pinging my phone with vomiting emojis ) and it took poshmoatk more than two weeks to even respond with this ridiculous apology for the abuse and and speel on their policies and told me they’d consider action but that I would not be allowed to know what that action was and warned me not to engage in anymore correspondence ..so yeh.. I deleted poshmark. In the end, they care about the money. You can be verbally abused and threatened by a seller and they give zero 💩s about it. I’d recommend ANY other selling site but poshmark and shame on them for operating this way.”

“I am all done using Poshmark, IMO they set themselves up to be quite the little scam. I made a purchase of Nike shoes, and when I recieved them they were much too small. They were listed as a womens size 9/mens size 7½ which is what I wear in Nike's. The seller was in the wrong, amd he immediately admitted as much. He also confirmed this to Poshmark support who basically told me its my tough luck, I am responsible to be sure it is my size before buying. If they were mens as the seller thought they would have been my correct size but they were womens. Didnt matter, they just shut you down so now Im out $125 that they should have refunded. I will absolutely twll everyone I know how sketchy and unprofessional they are. I feel bad for the seller he wanted to make good but they monitor messaging so know that we were trying to communicate. Horrible company. Use Ebay where there is buyer protection. Poshmark is a con”

“they have misleading, confusing and fraudulent policies and FAQ's. Customer service is useless and lies in order to keep people from cancelling orders. They do whatever it takes to get sales for there own benefit.”
