Sent counterfeit items which is illegal. Didn’t protect the buyer. Waste of time.

Seller sold fake damaged bag. Seller was nasty when called out on it. Sent Poshmark all pics they asked for,they backed the sellers word NOT mine because they make their money from sellers not buyers. Buyers beware!!!

I purchased sports bra, when I received it I could tell it was not an adult size. Contacted Poshmark and they stated we can't do anything if the item does not fit. I stated in the listing it should have stated it was NOT an adult, it was for a teen or junior size. Nothing was in listing except L/XL. No measurements at all.

After navigating their site I listed a pair of woman's boots. Then, the spammers began their onslaught. One person stated she had bought my boots but I needed to "verify" the sale. I went to a link that told me my account was "restricted" AND THAT I HAD TO PROVIDE MY BANK CARD INFORMATION. Naturally I did so - NOT! I went back onto the Poshmark site, was eventually able to delete my item, then I deleted ny account. Unbelievable. ZERO security. Why in God's name anyone would want to see there is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought what was advertised as 100% cashmere pants and received 100% synthetic pants with a label hand sewn in. They are guilty of false advertising and not standing by the customer. Never buy from these lying liars unless you are willing to get ripped off like I did.

They deserve not a zero but a negative 1. I tried selling on Poshmark and within the first minutes (literally) of posting my items (higher end clothing) I was phished and initially charged $1500 USD on my Visa. That got resolved quickly because of my bank, no Poshmark. Then I tried the 'promote my closet' as a 7 day trial. When I then noticed 7 days later I was charged $10 USD for a week of this service (which did no promotion as far as I am aware) and contacted them to cancel it, they agreed and sent an email on March 12 2026 confrming the cancellation. Guess what? They then - without my knowledge or permission- charged me AGAIN. I immediately contacted them and their response was 'oh sorry but this is for payment from March 11-18th." Liars. I now disputed the charge with PayPal. And last, I ordered for myself a skirt off Poshmark and it has now been 11 days with no delivery. The 'sellers' address turns out to be an FPO AE with a zip that is for US military service in Italy. I have no evidence that this was actually sent since all the seller reports is that the USPS has it in their possession since March 12th, 2026 (it was ordered on March 8th). Whether a buyer or seller I would stay away from this site.

Poshmark app will not allow me to enter new bank info nor am I able to get a verification code they send my funds to a closed acct instead of using the one on payment method. They're pretending that they don't understand what happened This is after probably six (6) emails

Absolute scam. Used it once, and received a product from seller @egold777 that was about a quarter of the size represented in the photos. Then she refused to refund naturally, because she got $100 for this. First and last time using poshmark - do not use!! The sellers get to determine if they will refund or not supposedly and let’s be honest - none of them will because they’re on this site to scam people and make a quick buck.

As both a seller and buyer for many years, I can now say Poshmark is a waste of time. I have been a devoted user for years. Too many negative experiences and too many low-ball sleazy resellers hovering around closets. Customer feedback lacks empathy and compassion unless you push for a more personable response. Poshmark is not even a accredited company according to the Better Business Bureau. There are better resale sites then Poshmark.

Buyer Beware on Poshmark! Never buy from a mail order that doesn't accept returns when an item doesn't fit. Just bought an adorable coat w/misrepresented size. No refund if item doesn't fit. My only recourses are to write this review and stop payment on my credit card. NEVER again on Poshmark!

I have had good experence with posgmark but right now, I am unhappy over a issue with a buyer. I take responcibility issues with my item. The buyer and I have exchanged text messages through poshmark site but this is tedious and has not been helpful. Poshmark is without a phone number that will allow buyers and sellers to rise above the text option to either buyers or poshmark help when text option will not resolve the issue. It leaves both seller and buyer vulnerable! Poshmark does need to offer the phone option in their customer service wallet. If at all possible, please add very soon in future!

This is probably the worst resell site I've ever used a day in my life. Ordered an eyeshadow palette on 1/11. LITERALLY PER POSHMARK WEBSITE: If your order hasn’t shipped within 7 days, and the seller remains unresponsive, you’ll have the option to cancel the order on the 8th day after purchase. On 1/21, I requested a cancellation via the Poshmark app. This is the email from the Poshmark rep "Cheri": As much as I would love to assist you, we currently do not have the option to cancel this order at this time. Please note that once an order is placed, the seller has up to 10 days from the date of purchase to ship out an order. Which is it, Cheri? Can I cancel the order on the 8th day, or does the seller have up to 10 days to ship? Cool, Poshmark terms and their reps don't even speak the same language. Cheri also can't do math. 1/11 to 1/21 is TEN DAYS. On 1/22 AM, I went back on the app and requested a cancellation AGAIN. The email response was: We will closely monitor the tracking status of your package for the next 32 hours. CANCEL MY ORDER! WTAF is wrong with this site? Why are there a million hoops to jump through?! Do they not care about their buyers? Do they not want people using their platform in any capacity? Because that's where I am. The second I am refunded, I am deleting this app and never returning. This is atrocious customer service. I'm actually starting to think the palette I ordered would have been fake. It doesn't take someone almost 14 days to ship an item unless you're ordering something off Temu and waiting for shipment from China. 0/10 DNR, don't even do it.

I rate poshmark a Fivestar rating because the seller took out time and sent me a beautiful thank you letter and a little thank you gift and the Michael kors calf material wallet was brand new and 100 percent leather, the seller name is Chris, will I buy from this seller again (YES) Thank you Chris

I want to thank you for assisting me with two issues I created on two expensive items I shipped to your Newark facility. I did not follow your specific guidelines on using your label and chose to pay for my own priority label and insurance instead, which caused a lengthy delay in completing the order for the customer. My fault for not following instructions. Your support services located the packages and processed them safely through authentication process and on to the buyer. Your support team communicated with me clearly and no one was disappointed in the process due to delay caused by my over exhuberance. Thank you. I greatly appreciate Poshmark and will be filling up my closet as a seller!

Horrible first buying experience. I purchased a pair of shoes that were clearly listed and advertised as a Women's size 9 (I took several screenshots of the posting). What I received was a Men's size 9, which was further confirmed by the European size on the tag in the shoe. When contacting Poshmark, they replied that there was no mis-advertising and that the size listed on the posting was accurate. I further wrote back (as email is the only way they handle Customer Service) with picture of the posting and what was received where it was obvious the size in the posting was different from what I received. Poshmark was unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation and provided zero evidence to the contrary of my complaint. Horrible first and last experience with Poshmark.
