Horrible, horrible, absolutely horrendous support. Automated as usual, Impossible to talk to a human being. 3rd item I’ve boughten of there that was completely non-functional. I am done. Something as simple as trying to change your password will be like pulling teeth. You won’t receive any confirmation emails. The user interface is the worst I’ve ever seen, especially for a company with the amount of money and influence. Disgusted, will never go anywhere near that bot-heavy app ever again. Within 5 minutes of making an account you will have over 100 followers, because bots harass you and welcome you to the app. Desperate for you to buy their worthless, broken, useless clothes/item.
