We have been attempting to fix an application error for 3 days now, we keep getting the typical copy and paste message asking us to wait 24 hours, the problem is it's been an additional 48 hours and our account is still locked with no access to input our information. With a simple google search you may view that many many sellers are experiencing this same issue! We have $600 worth of items to ship but we are unable to generate shipping labels, because your platform will not allow us to input our information. This has been one of the worst selling experiences I have ever had, this has been the worst customer service I have received from an application being a top rated seller. We simply need to input our tax information to proceed with business, but there is a problem with the application not allowing us to input, day after day it says ( Please try again in 24 hours ). At this point Issuing refunds and closing our account with Poshmark seems like the easiest option , as we can see based on customer service, there will be NO HELP, just a copy and Paste email response asking you to wait 24 hours. ( The application says that ) we don't need an email to tell us to do the same thing the application says? What is customer service for? Thanks for Nothing! Amanda
