This platform allows sellers to mis advertise items and is seller biased. There have been several times I have purchased items that arrive with odors, stains, etc that were not mentioned in the item descriptions. When I renting this up to customer service they make it an unrealistic burden to justify my dissatisfaction only to keep the money I pay in holding eventually releasing the funds within 48 hours of my complaint. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE as there are NO BUYER PROTECTIONS IN PLACE and more often than not YOU OVERPAY FOR GARBAGE!!!
