I was sold a product that said it was new and sealed with cellophane. But what happened was they watered the product down and then sealed it in cellophane to make it look new. The consistency was clearly tampered with, very watery and no fragrance which is a very flagrant shower gel. The consistency was not a gel anymore. They also charged a outrageous cost for this bogus gel.
