I placed my order on August 4th (20 days ago) and when I track my order it states the status of the order is "Processing". I have received no notification indicating that the items are on back order or any other information. Now I get a survey request. I am so fed up with these surveys. If companies understood what good customer service is we wouldn't need all of these surveys.
