I am disabled and can’t walk. I placed an order for $188, which apparently required a code. When The driver showed up to what I thought was my address, I told her how to get in and to drop it off at my door and I gave her the code since I couldn’t walk to the door to get it. Turns out she delievered it to the wrong building a block away. Literally one minute after she dropped it off, my neighbor went to get it and it wasn’t anywhere. I called her and she said she was 30 minutes away (??) and wouldn’t come back. Then hung up on me. After a Sherlock Holmes investigation for a phone number, they said she is too far away, they don’t do refunds and wouldn’t replace the order. Basically, sorry! You’re screwed. I’m livid. Livid. They are criminals. And I’m disabled.
