WHSmiths have a had a franchise to run the Post Office counter services for the last 10 years and you would have thought they got better at every step of the way in customer service. I urge the Post Office chief’s to carry out an independent customer experience to satisfy themselves to see what the reality is.
Customer service very very poor
Waiting time anything up to 45 minutes
Incompetent staff with 3 days basic keyboard training.
One staff serving a queue of up to 30 people.
Stressed staff with no please and thank you.
The list is endless
