After reading the reviews I was nervous about ordering - but the price was great so I took a gamble. I paid by credit card as an extra protection. The really need to up their game on the administration side 1) Make sure a confirmation window is displayed after you have paid and 2) follow up with a confirmation email - automated so people don't think they are being scammed. They did reply to my email very quickly when I contacted them to check that my order had actually been received. I hesitated about buying because of this so they are probably losing sales because of it. HOWEVER THAT BEING SAID my items arrived within three days, packaged well, undamaged and exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost from anywhere else.
