Tool box ordered based on it being in stock with delivery 3/5 days paid in full and nothing after 5 days so chased up buy email to be informed it was on its way direct from the manufacturer, chased again after 10 days to be told it’s coming from Holland and could take 15 days still no tool box.
Customers understand delays but need to be given the chance of a refund if no longer in stock, And updated on delivery changes. Management refused to phone me back and discuss.
