I ordered my Bench Polisher primarily because it was the best price on line and fortunately it came with first class customer service thrown in free
The order was acknowledged and I was advised of a 24 hour delay from the supplier
I was kept informed and advised of a delivery schedule which was correct right up to the hour of delivery and I received the item within 5 days ,which I am very pleased with.
