Straight forward purchase of a small item, (hand fork). Arrived packaged in a thick black cling film like plastic. This was rather difficult to remove, requiring scissors along the whole length of the handle, although going gently I managed without damaging the item. Already using and am happy with purchase and with my experience with Power Tools Direct. Thank you.
