I order some decking screws. I PAID for the expedited post but 5 days later they hadn't arrived. I complained but was told that they would be another 2 working days, over a week since ordering. They didn't arrive a little earlier, however, I was forced to purchase screws from elsewhere.
The company didn't seem to care, no refund the extra I paid for postage!
