I ordered some hand tools and a box of staples. The hand tools arrived ok but there were no staples. The Jiffy Bag had a small hole in it. Power Tools Direct sent a replacement staples box without any quibbles, and actually when they arrived I could see the hole in the Jiffy Bag was too small for the staples to have fallen out. Very pleased with the service.
