They don’t know the products they sell. SIP pressure washer, Q, does it come with a turbo nozzle. After going back and forth 6 calls, A, yes. On receipt no it doesn’t!
3 hours work and 3 weeks in my possession the lance fails to work. I went back to Tools Direct only to be told “it’s a consumable item”. No it’s not. Anyway, within 3 weeks the sale of goods act is well and truly on my side. Bad experience!!!
