I received a faulty toolbox for Xmas for my husband.
Gosia in customer services dealt with my issue professionally and courteously.
Within 3 days the faulty item was collected and a brand new and perfect item delivered.
The service was very much appreciated.
It would have been useful to know in a liitle more in advance that they were collecting and delivering due to work schedules but really cannot fault the service.
