The product was as ordered and fit for purpose. However, I ordered on the basis of delivery in 5-7 days .... after 7 days of hearing nothing I chased and received a confirmation late that evening (technically into Day 8 after the order) that it was shipped and I would receive the item the next day.
Given the lack of communication until I chased up, I get the strong impression that my order had been lost or forgotten until I took action.
