We had purchased a number of test paint pots which arrived from the courier leaking from the package. Upon opening quite a few of the pots were damaged and lids not on with paint everywhere. We are sure these were damaged in transit .
When we contacted the supplier via email we had a very quick reply and followed up with a repeat order which was dispatched within a couple of days.
We are very impressed with speed of communication and a no quible replacement from this company. Great customer service,
