I was very concerned regarding the late delivery of my order, indirectly it was not the fault of Power tools the problem was Royal Mail postal strikes (mail being held not delivered) BUT the whole country had been warned about the turmoil this would create and I did email my own comments to Power tools refering to the lack of customer Satisfaction using Royal Mail in these circumstances.
