Powertools direct provided an average service which was let down badly by their very poor courier(DHL) provider, I paid the extra cost for a fast next-day service however it took DHL 5 or 6 days to delivery my item. I did contact Powertools to ask about my delivery and they did reply to me to say they would talk to the courier and get back to myself, alas Powertools direct not get back to me.
