Hurrendous experience. Paid for next day delivery items arrived 8 days later.
Asked to cancel order in the third day as you said items hadn’t been dispatched was told I couldn’t.
Asked if I could return items. Only at my cost. Asked for refund of my next day delivery fee £24.95. No response.
Absolute shambles. Will never use again.
