Ordered an item and after 8 days requested a refund has it was not shipped , however in error I ordered from power tools and I had no issues the item was shipped within a day and delivered In two so great service
I think the first order was not shipped has they could have been waiting for stock but didn’t communicate this , going on the second order I would definitely order from Power tools again
