Good prices but problems with the express delivery. Only got one box of two initially. Fed Ex must have forgotten to get the other one out of the van. Contacted Power Tools Direct, email the only option, no phone contact available. They replied quickly they would look into it. I gave it 24 hours and sent a follow up with no reply. However Fed Ex finally got their act together and delivered the second package, battered from its adventure, later that day. I would have thought Power Tools Direct would have at least apologised for me paying for express delivery and not getting it.
