I ordered two items. After one week of no tracking number or delivery time I contacted the company who stated “ I have asked Sealey to send this order to you directly for delivery tomorrow, we do apologise for the delay with your order”
I then received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund with no explanation. Very poor communication and has left me a week later having to order from another company
