I ordered some items on 5th January and there was a little note saying I would receive my items by Tuesday 9th January if I ordered within the next 2 hours. So, I ordered the items and waited. I contacted PowerTools Direct on 15th January as they hadn't arrived and my order on their website was still saying it was processing. I received an apology on 16th January but with no explanation of what the delay was. They arrived on 17th January. Don't think I will be ordering from them again as a delay that long could cause me to lose a job and I can not rely on their ability to deliver on time.
