Ordered my items on Saturday and charged for express delivery quoted as 2-3 working days. Tried to phone numerous times following Friday when items still hadn’t been received but unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Emailed Friday 10.00am asking for update and received a reply at 12:00 saying item shipped with Royal Mail with tracking number. Tried to track parcel but Royal Mail not responding to tracking number. Emailed again at 1.00pm asking for information but this time no response. Item eventually showed on Royal Mail tracking on Saturday as received from sender after 5.00pm Friday night. Received Saturday. Email from PTD on Monday saying item delivered.
Very frustrating company to deal with obviously had not done anything about my order until I chased it. Will go elsewhere in future due to being unable to speak on phone and lack of honest communication.
