I've got to be honest, after reading some of the very negative reviews, I was hesitant on placing an order with Power Tools Direct. However, my selected item was in stock, at a good price, with a supposedly prompt delivery and I was offered a discount voucher. I ended up paying for Express Delivery ( as you need to spend £250 ex vat to qualify for Free delivery) and I am pleased to report that the item arrived at 09:30 the following morning! I did have to contact Customer Services with a query/problem and received a prompt, polite, helpful, constructive and positive reply. I am very pleased with my purchase and from my personal point of view, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power tools Direct!
