My item was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately the carriers service did not match mainly because I live on a private drive. So I would say if your house is not visible from the street include more specific directions. However the customer service team were brilliant in helping to resolve the situation. They have been a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use again.
