Needed a pump by a certain date. Company was impossible to contact by phone to confirm stock, although it was showing on website as 'in stock'. Eventually took a chance and placed order. Later received a reply to one of our e-mails sent to addresses shown on the website and on Facebook. Pump arrived in time, as promised and at a good price but company really needs to improve their 'accessibility' and 'contactability'.
