I ordered a Clarke 1100 Jump Start device which we needed urgently & Power Tools Direct offered next day delivery via FedEx. The order was placed at 09:11am on Wed the 20th Nov & I paid £8.95 for the FedEx Express Parcel service but the item wasn't delivered the next day, nor the next day. It wasn't until Sat the 23rd Nov that I received an email with the FedEx tracking number so I send a cancellation request as we'd already bought the same item from another supplier. On Mon the 25th Nov I received an email to say that the item had already been shipped but when I checked the tracking number FedEx showed it as not yet received so I contacted FedEx & told them I wouldn't accept the parcel. Today, Tues the 3rd Dec I received a refund for the item but not a refund for the FedEx Express delivery charge so I've been charged for a delivery that never took place.
