The salesman I dealt with was good and nice . The Delivery man was A111 , a lovely gentleman who could not do enough. I had to return a product because it was a gift and the recipient already had exact same , upon approaching the store I was told I cd just have a store voucher, eventually the young man made a call or did something and I got the purchase put bk on my card . Powercity seems a company that majors on tactics , they are a painful company to deal with overall. They have good staff but their hands are tied past selling. I would think again before buying with them .
