One really professional nice helpful sales lady in Powercity Coolock, I think her name was Lenka. The rest was not a good experience. The female cashier was abusive, dismissive and rude. Also, a man who said his name was Roy came to install. I was given a price by powercity for him and had the cash ready. He said 'did they not tell you about possible extra costs'. He charged me €40 exta for some cable. Looking back on it now he could easily have been bullshitting. He said 'do you just want to leave it'. Obviously I needed it installed. And then you can't ring powercity to check... He was asking a lot of personal questions I was not on guard for. It made me suspicious about his motives. It felt intrusive. I informed the Guards as he made me feel unsafe.
