Absolutely incompetent. They should not be allowed to practise conveyancing law when it’s basically a call centre with people fielding calls because they have a handful of solicitors who are useless. They acted on behalf of my vendor and at every stage, my solicitor had to tell them how to do their job! The purchase nearly fell through so many times because they don’t know basic conveyancing. They lost documents (including signed contracts!) several times. Unfortunately estate agents seem to be recommending these halfwits because they get a big commission... one word: AVOID.
