I’ve sold and purchased many properties over the years. This organisation stands out as the worst by a country mile in their own section and when compared against every other company in the Uk and abroad I have ever had to deal with. They have turned the straightforward purchase of a one bedroom flat to a first time buyer from an extremely stressful experience into a true nightmare for all involved. They repeat questions when they’ve had answers months earlier, they ask for indemnity policies where they are not legally needed. Their understanding and interpretation of uk law is woeful. I’m at 6 months from accepting the offer and still no exchange. My buyer (their client) is scared to contact them because our case might be put to the back of the pile!! All these 1 star reviews on this site, 175 of them on another site. Do you need to know more? Just avoid, avoid, avoid.
