I was purchasing a property in the northeast and have pulled out of the deal because of the bad work this company have done for the vendors of the property I was purchasing. The vendors have let us know that they can't phone them and everything had to be done by e-mail. We were told that we would be moving on 5th Feb only to be told 1 day later that there is a document that needed to be signed and sent back that they had only just found. Our buyer was not willing to wait any longer than the 5th and we had no guarantee that the document would be signed in time and after reading the reviews on here we decided that things had gone too far with false promises that we didn't have any faith in their ability. We feel terrible for the other parties but something had to give eventually. Do not use these people, sometimes you get what you pay for.
