1 star is to high.... currently 6 months in. Chain of 2. Someone buying our place, us buying an empty property build in 2015. The amount of stupid questions asked is incredible. No call backs when requested. Always someone else's fault. Estimated move dates are just a date... add a few months and you might be in your new place. Total lack of get up and go. Hard to get hold of. Online eway portal is not very clear as to when documents were uploaded. I've got answers to questions that weren't even posted. No transparency, lack of trust and confidence.
