If I could give them no stars I would. My sale and purchase took over six months to complete. I had to do all the chasing myself direct with my buyer and estate agent and I was passed from one person to another whenever I did contact them. The person who was supposed to be dealing with my transaction left midway through and I was not allocated anyone else until I asked them. Whenever I rang them the person who picked up the phone had no idea what was going on on my file I had to repeatedly explain what was happening and when I got upset they threatened to put the phone down on me. As soon as we had eventually exchanged contracts I asked for a completion statement to be provided which was never forthcoming the conveyancer who was dealing just waited until right before completion to ask for money to be transferred urgently. He then rang a couple of days to say that I needed to transfer more money which I did and now six weeks after the transaction completed he has contacted me again for more money blaming the previous conveyancer for the mistake. It has been a complete nightmare - never again
