My buyer is using this company and we agreed the sale in September 2020 I signed contracts in January of this year then suddenly they needed a document sorting with the land registry this was sorted 2 an a half weeks ago and they still won't give my solicitors a completion date. They have ignored emails and phone calls and actually put the phone down on my solicitor today so I have no choice but to put the house back on sale as I am no longer prepared to live like this. Avoid at all cost and I will be lodging a complaint with the law society about this company.
