We purchased our house in late 2019 with the sale finalising in early 2020. During the process our conveyancer Victoria Armstrong provid d an fairly average service. Unfortunately our marriage certificate (which was signed for and received by the company) has been lost in the process of returning it. Premier Property Lawyers accept no responsibility for this and state that it is a Royal Mail problem and that I should raise it with Royal Mail. I am unable to raise any complaint with Royal Mail as Premier Property Lawyers are their customer not myself. Premier property lawyers have provided me a tracking number and a document that has been altered by hand as proof of postage (even without the document being altered by hand it doesn’t actually prove postage) and over 12 months later Premier Property Lawyers refuse to rectify their mishh to Lenin losing the certificate. I have been offered a replacement certificate paid for by Premier Property Lawyers on numerous occasions and am yet to receive one.... AVOID USING THIS APPALLING COMPANY!!!
