I would not recommend this shoddy, third-rate outfit to my worst enemy. They came by recommendation of Purplebricks who will also be hearing from me. From the outset, they were virtually impossible to reach and rarely returned calls. Their inaction cost me a purchase, having taken NINE MONTHS to process basic paperwork. I completed on a sale with them in mid-June 2021 but they kept the proceeds for nearly a further two weeks, choosing to call me on the morning of my move when knee deep in boxes to tell me there was an “issue” with my account number. It took THIRTY TWO ignored emails and the threat of legal action before they finally paid me. Take my advice and use a reputable firm of local solicitors. You may pay more but it’s worth every penny for peace of mind. Premier Property Lawyers should be sued under the Trades Description Act: there’s nothing premier about them at all.
