Do not use these lawyers!! I should be completing tomorrow. Last Monday I called several times but couldn’t get through. I emailed but to no avail. Then 4 days later! I receive a generic email asking me if I need to get in touch to fill out a form!? Are you trying to tell me that they don’t have back up records of their customers contact details and proposed exchange dates?? They also had information regarding my gifted deposit for months and literally days before exchange ask me for more information. When I questioned why this had been left until the last minute I was told that because they are a no sale no fee firm, managers don’t check through paperwork etc until the very last moment just in case sales fall through! Extremely unprofessional. Between this company and Connells they’ve made it a pretty miserable and stressful few months for me.
