Awful, like all the other posts.
I have no issue with my actual conveyancer as I don't think the company are even keeping them informed.
Disaster Recovery and Return to Normality Policies seem to have been overlooked.
When I have spoken to Customer Services they made out this was much wider affecting more firms than the 5 or so represented by Simplify.
I like other would prefer to move conveyancing company. I feel for their staff. Not a good company
