Have they lost all our records and documents? We have lost confidence in Premier Property Lawyers. We were supposed to have exchanged on the 15th of November and be in our new home by now. Today the conveyancer told us that he still hasn’t received the management pack. However, we spoke to our management company who confirmed that they sent the management pack 2 weeks ago, all documented in the email trail. The conveyancer also told us that the land registry hasn’t sent him the lease yet. This has been requested 4 time within a month, again email trail confirms. I suspect it was sent to them before the outage. They are also claiming that they are missing the TR1 from our purchase side which was also confirmed to have been sent a few weeks ago. In our opinion this looks like Premier Property Lawyers has lost all our documents and records and now trying to cover this up with complete BS.
