DO NOT USE. Had been very patient during there technical issues. Which was a mistake. Have received no phone call from solicitor going on 4 weeks now. Been told many times over the last 2 weeks my solicitor will call me, and they have not. Only contact I have had, is a random email asking me to send money to bank details provided in an email. Which is shocking, considering you would think they might have brushed up on cyber security, after this. Eventually after 10+ phone calls, i got through to someone that works on the team, still not my solicitor. Go with a solicitor who you can actually meet in person, not these people.
